Billing questions
Get a free scan- What’s free?
- Your account and the scan, with no card and no limit beyond a short cooldown. You only pay when you want an engineer: the $299 audit or a monthly plan.
- What counts as an hour?
- Time an engineer logs against a quote you approved, in 15-minute steps. You see every entry in your hours ledger, and you can dispute one within 7 days.
- Do I need the audit before a plan?
- We recommend it: the audit tells the engineer what your app does and where it’s weak, so your hours go to fixes rather than discovery. Its price is credited to your first month.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect straight away with the extra hours added; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
